What exactly am I buying?
A written decision memo: your timeline, money and travel exposure, facts and unknowns, five questions, three conversation scripts and a conditional GO / WAIT / STOP plan. A 20-minute review call or voice note is included.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
When your reviewer confirms that your questionnaire contains the information needed for the agreed decision. Payment alone does not start the clock. You receive a written completion timestamp and delivery deadline.
Will you tell me whether my partner is genuine?
No. We organise the information you voluntarily provide. We do not certify identity, infer hidden motives or pronounce a relationship genuine or fraudulent. GO concerns a bounded next action, not a guarantee about a person.
What should I share?
Dates, approximate amounts, the decision deadline and a short account in your own words. Use aliases. Do not send passports, bank logins, intimate images, full chat exports or identifying details of other people.
What if my situation is outside the scope?
The short fit check comes before checkout. Legal, immigration, tax, investment, clinical or immediate safety problems need the relevant professional or emergency service. Do not wait 48 hours for urgent help.
What is the refund promise?
If the delivered memo lacks a timeline, quantified exposure, five priority questions or an actionable decision, request a refund within seven days of delivery. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. See the full refund policy.
Who reviews the work?
Each memo is designed to be checked by an identified human reviewer for sources, calculations and wording before approval. The responsible reviewer and seller details will be published before paid reservations open.
How many founding places remain?
The cohort is limited to ten paid places. Availability is calculated from verified orders and active reservations when checkout opens. We do not display a made-up countdown.
