A refund promise tied to the work.

A specific standard for the memo — not a promise about your relationship.

The seven-day delivery promise

If the delivered memo lacks a timeline, quantified exposure, five priority questions or an actionable decision, request a refund within seven days of delivery. Identify the missing part and quote your order reference. You do not need to prove that another person acted dishonestly.

Before work starts

If a paid case turns out to be outside the agreed scope, refund it rather than redirecting the customer into another paid service. A cancellation received before the reviewer confirms the start of work should receive a full refund under the operating policy.

If we miss the deadline

The operator must notify the customer, offer a full refund, and only agree a revised deadline if the customer chooses it. A late memo should not silently reset the clock. This is the launch operating policy, not a history of fulfilled promises.

How a request is handled

At live launch, use the professional contact address or contact form with your order reference. No sensitive documents are required. The operator reviews the request, records the reason and issues any refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe or the bank controls the time until the funds appear; this site does not promise instant bank settlement.

Statutory rights

This promise is additional to applicable consumer rights. It does not waive withdrawal rights, misdescription remedies or other protections. The final jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be approved before live checkout opens.

Current status

Real reservations are not yet open. A sandbox transaction is not a paid customer order. No refund rate or customer satisfaction claim is asserted.
